We start with a brief introductory call — usually 30 minutes — to understand your situation. If there's a clear fit, we outline a proposed scope and timeline within a few days. There's no pressure to proceed, and we aim to give you something useful even from that initial conversation.

Our primary focus is businesses operating in Hong Kong and the broader Greater Bay Area. That said, some work — particularly client retention and supply chain analysis — can be conducted remotely for businesses with regional or international footprints.

Most of our clients are owner-led or founder-founded businesses with between 10 and 150 staff. We're not structured for large-enterprise consulting programmes, and we find the most meaningful work happens where the leadership team is directly engaged with our process.

Each service has a fixed fee, invoiced in two instalments — 50% at engagement start and 50% on final delivery. This structure keeps expectations aligned throughout. There are no retainers unless specifically discussed and agreed.

All engagements are covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement before any information is shared. Our team operates under strict non-disclosure obligations, and we do not reference client situations in any marketing or public communications.

Deliverables vary by service — typically a written report with findings, a scorecard or analysis summary, and a structured set of recommendations. We also offer a final briefing session to walk through the output and address questions from your leadership team.
